Começou por confeccionar umas migas de marisco com salmonetes servidas em lata de conserva sobre base de ardósia, fez umas vieiras na chapa que foram a base de xisto com uma brasa e com uma mistura de uma farinha (não me lembro do nome) com óleo de pevide de abóbora, um lavagante sob campanula de fumo e terminou com umas espetadas de foie-gras com chocolate e algodão doce a envolver...
Em suma, uma cozinha surpreendente, algo desconcertante por vezes, mas maravilhosa.
